Do you have a daily routine? If not I suggest following one. Once your body gets used to the routine, and not feeling like its rushing around to do everything it will make your journey to love yourself more that much better. I know when having a family following a routine can be hard sometimes, but you can do this. Even better I will be here to help you along the way if you need it.
My life from the outside can seem like chaos. I have 4 kids+1 (gotta love our husbands 🙂 ). Ages from 11 to 2, so the mind can only imagine what my daily life looks like. In order to keep everything from being a jungle there has to be some kind of routine. When making a routine you don’t want to put so much thought into that you stress yourself out. You just want to be able to sit down and set something up that will be easy for you and your family to be able to follow. Now there will be day or nights that the routine may be broken or switched up some and that is okay. Just remember that it is important to keep the littles on it consistently so that their little brains don’t forget.
