Good Morning you beautiful souls. Its time to get the day started, don’t forget to tell yourself that You Are Enough! Even on the days that you may not feel like you are, I promise you are ENOUGH! Don’t let anyone make you feel less then that. You deserve to feel like you are on the top of the world.
You need to feel that you are enough. You need to tell yourself that you are enough. We can have someone tell us daily that we are enough, and so on. However, if we do not believe within ourselves its not going to benefit us. It won’t help us down the road that we are trying to find out way down. We are our number 1 Motivator, encourager, and pusher. We have to take the steps to keeps up with our progress or it will all be for nothing.
Yes we are going to have bad days, who doesn’t? Would we even be human if we didn’t? The thing to remember though is that no matter the bad day we still get up, we breathe, and we tell ourselves that we are ENOUGH! That today is OUR day to SHINE! My struggle today is I didn’t sleep good last night, and I am exhausted. I almost used that as an excuse to not get up and post this morning, (Yes I get up and do my post in the moment.) then I was like no I can do this! I am ENOUGH!
Even though I may not have wanted to I got up woke my oldest up for school. Told the Alexa to turn on some music and logged in to decide what I was going to write about today. That is when YOU ARE ENOUGH came sweeping over me. I am bad at not giving myself enough credit. Like the fact that I am exhausted because we are passing the stomach flu around, or the fact that the younger two woke up at 3 something and was up and down the rest of the night. I am ENOUGH and I am PERFECT!
I have a challenge for you, write those two word on sticky notes and place them in your most frequented spots. When you come to one I want you to repeat the both 5 times each to yourself. Do this daily. add it to your morning routine.
